[edit] Background

Virtua Tennis 4 with the Kinect is more than just hitting the ball; it’s about the angle of the racquet, the spin and speed of the ball and the power of the shot. The advanced motion sensors of PlayStation Move precisely track both the fast and subtle movements of the controller allowing for pinpoint accurate shots as players improve their racquet skills. [edit] World Tour

The world tour mode, is a mode where you are able to create your own tennis player, and play as him/her, and slowly move up the tennis ranks.
In the world tour mode, you can go on to training to improve your tennis players, skills and condition. Each training mode has 6 levels, you have to succed in one a few times, and the next level is unlcoked the higher the level the harder it gets, but the more your tennis player improves.
When on world tour you get movement tickets, these tell you how many movements you can make for example, if there was a training you wanted to do, and it was four spaces away and you had 3 and a 1, you would use them two to get to the training.
When going through the world tour there are 4 seasons:
The first season is in Asia-Australlia
The second season is Europe
The third season is to get to the English Classic
The final season is the American season.

[edit] Arcade Mode

When you're in arcademode you go through four stages with a random choice of player to face but there are always four astadiums which stay the same.
The Australlian Open
The English Classic
The French Open
The American Open

If you manage to beat the four players, you get to go against either: King, Duke or Jim Courier and if you manage to beat them, you unlock them and then you can play as that character.
