Looking at MechWarrior Tactics' first screenshots, we couldn't have guessed this strategy title would turn out to be a browser game. Well, it is, and today, co-devs A.C.R.O.N.Y.M. Games and Roadhouse Interactive have also released the first gameplay trailer.
It's a pretty brief video, but it does include snippets of the game in action, showing off the UI and general setup. Screenshots highlight the cinematic sequences of mechs flying across the screen.
MechWarrior Tactics is set in the far-faraway future in 3025, and players step into the roll of a Commander leading an elite mercenary company. Needless to say, the point of the game is to beat your enemies into submission with your superior intellect and grasp of strategic warfare.
