Update: Looks like BioWare and Sony finally settled things -- whatever the issues were -- and Operation: Exorcist will be extended to the PS3 community. Talk about "finally."
The new Mass Effect 3 multiplayer schedule means we won't be seeing N7 Challenges as frequently, but this week, the community on 360 and PC can participate in Operation: Exorcist, teased just last week. And big surprise: it involves Phantoms.
The new Allied Goal for this weekend challenges players to take down no less than 1 million Phantoms on any difficulty. Meet that goal, and we all get a Victory Pack -- you guys know the drill by now. To earn your complimentary Commendation Pack, you'll need to survive one round on any map against enemy, so long as the difficult is set to Gold.
The event window this week begins just an hour later than usual, on April 27 at 6:00 PM through April 30 at 5 AM. I swear, this game gives "gold farming" a whole new meaning.
Unfortunately, it looks like Sony and BioWare haven't worked things out just yet, as the PS3 is excluded from the Exorcist event.
