Turok Dinosaur Hunter for N64: Good shooter or not?

Summary:

Turok Dinosaur Hunter for Nintendo 64. The first in the series for the Nintendo 64. The game is an open-world first person shooter, which takes full advantage of the sometimes-uncomfortable Nintendo 64 controller. One of the best shooters on the Nintendo 64

The good:

Excellent graphics, great assortment of enemies, weapons, and bosses

The bad:

Possibly a bit too hard for beginners, no real in-game stroyline

Summary:

Turok: Dinosaur Hunter can be considered to be one of the most successful hits ever on the now-dead Nintendo 64. This game had first-person shooters going crazy, and the legacy still survives today.

In the game, you play the Indian-like Tal'Set, who is on a quest to free a civilization of people from the hands of an evil warlord. In his way stands not just a buncha dinosaurs, but guerrilla warriors, giant insects, alien-like fighters, monsters galore, and enough crazy and creepy stuff to keep you twitching.

But that won't be too much of a problem, cause not only do you possess a will of steel...
