Combining the decade of experience that Adam Ryland has in creating fan-friendly wrestling simulators with the quality that people have come to expect from .400 Software Studios, Total Extreme Wrestling gives fans who are bored with the tired genre of button-bashing arcade wrestling games the chance to use their wits as they play the most richly detailed wrestling simulator ever created.
You can hire or fire wrestlers and or staff, keep them under contract, resign them, manage the shows you have on television through the station representatives, and finally book the content of your shows. you may also choose your promotion's style - Luchalibre, Sports Entertainment to Traditional.
Total Extreme Wrestling has over it's predeccesor many new features. First, you have actual locations, on a variety of continents, such as Asia, North America, Australia and Europe, situated in wrestling countries, such as Mexico, United Kingdom, Japan and the United States.
Also a first, 4-Player Action, in which 4 people can play against each other.
In addition, there are match & title histores for every roster member, new characteristics for wrestlers, improved AI controlling your competition, Match/Gimmick Editors and the ability to set the time for every match.
