Welcome to The Walking Dead. The zombie apocalypse has happened reality is that every second of every day will be filled with the death and decay of what was humanity. Part of that humanity has risen up as undead to try and claim what's left that's still alive. The Walking Dead begins with that transition, where Lee Everett goes from living a (somewhat) normal life to surviving in the apocalypse.
Along the way Lee will meet both living and undead which will both make life worth living in this hell, and wonder just whether all the effort is worth it. That there are still survivors does not mean that humanity has survived the apocalypse. The Walking Dead is Lee Everett's journey to discover just what remains and whether or not it's worth fighting to protect.
 Game Play
The Walking Dead is a modern take on the classic point and click adventure game. Much of each episode will revolve around the player wandering environments looking for items or conversations which will trigger a progression in the story. Sometimes there will be small puzzles to solve, or brief quick-time event action sequences.
The core gameplay of The Walking Dead, however, is in its conversations. Players will direct how each conversation goes, making impactful decisions which will take them down different story paths and yes, ultimately changing how the game's most significant events conclude -- including the ending.
