Tekken Advance User Reviews
Tekken on GBA!
At least it plays a little like Tekken 3.
It's kind of a fun game.
The characters are recognizable.
It funny how your opponent stands there then falls after you hit them.
The only Tekken game to have a 3 on 3 Tag Battle Mode.
Some of the music was ported nicely.
Some missing characters
Gameplay is a little slower than usual.
The graphics could have been better.
Lack of a variety of stages.
I'm a big Tekken fan. It's my one of my favorite game series. I have all of their games. I have a Tekken and Soul Calibur website. And I wanted to see what a Tekken hand-held was like so I just recently bought this one. This game better than I expected but of course it's not up to par with Tekken 3-Tekken 5. Also note that this is a port of Tekken 3 (Only worse)
Gameplay: This game feels more of a button masher unlike Tekken games due to only have one punch button and one kick button. But atleast it plays a little like the PS version of Tekken 3. Just don't expect the exact same gameplay. Th...
It has Jin and quite a few others from the Tekken series.
The controls are pretty easy to play with.
Not all of the characters are in the game.
Not many Unlockables.
Graphics arn't the best ever.
I am a fan of the Tekken series but Tekken Advance was a big dissapointment. It didn't have alot of my favourite characters and the fights went really quick, there was hardly anything to unlock aswell. The graphics arn't very good and the sound is really boring and repetetive. The gameplay is ok, it's not something that will take very long to complete but you can go back to it and have a quick few fights for fun. There isn't very many modes and they are all so quick and easy to do.
I'd give this game around 40% but i wouldn't reccomend it unless you want it for your Tekken collection.
It has high class action with a wide range of characters and everything that make Tekken stand out from other beat'em upsThe bad:
Althoug the characters are good there aren't enough of them. The game lacks the Tekken style storyline and the characters have no faces.Summary:
A class game like Sonic advance to come back to but although it is excellent for practising moves, Tekken three on the PS1 srypasses it by a long way.

This game has awesome play, it's easy to pick up and play, but still challenging enough that you won't want to sell it as soon as you beat it. (and believe me, it gets harder. Try to play it on hard.)The bad:
I had hoped for more characters. It was modeled off Tekken 3 for Playstation, but some of the best characters are missing. I also want more hidden characters, and modes and such.Summary:
It is an all around good game for a handheld. I would like to see a sequel or an update. With what the game has, it does a good job on it. I especially liked the tag team mode.
tight graphics for hand heldsystemThe bad:
no lei woo longSummary:
