A game thats makes you smile in happiness and cry in sorrow, an unforgettable experience and a remarkable journeyThe good:
-The graphics are eye-dropping amazing.
-In game story is rich and detailed, players can easily catches on with the story even if they don't like sci-fi
-The game itself is directly linked to the 2004 pc game: FreeLancer.
-Some missions are way too difficult
StarLancer takes place 300 years before the events of FreeLancer, at that time, the earth is run by a government called "the alliance", members include the USA, japan, and britain. Meanwhile the opposing fraction "the coalition"; ruled by germans, africa and korea, has complete control of all space territory in the outer rim region and are threatening the alliance to comply with them. Very Good voice acting
This is one of the greatest games on the dreamcast that you probably have never played. I will run down a list of things that make this game better that any space game ever.
Stunning, their is such realism in the faces of your friends and enemies, planets are detailed as are ships and laser fire.
Once you read the instruction booklet and practice,
you will be commanding your squadron with ease.
Ordering them to fire at a target, switching to the nearest enemy, activiating shield, etc. are peformed easily.
