SSX On Tour User Reviews
Tons of Boards
Tricks are awesome
can make your own characters
soundtrack is old school!
CHARACTERS ARE JUST COPIES OF OTHER CHARACTERS OR IN OTHER WORDS, HAVE BASICALLY THE SAME TRICKS....
no online play
gets boring once in a while
storyline is a little weak
to tell you about this game is actually a little hard to explain, this game is not like any other ssx game, but in a bad way. One, the CHARACTERS ARE JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CHARACTER SO ITS JUST LIKE CHOOSING THE SAME CHARACTER EVERYTIME....That was the main thing that pissed me off. The soundtrack changed from techno/rock/r&b/rap to classic rock/punk rock/a little rap, which is good for me 'cause i dont listen to rap that much. No online play in this one which is another downside to this game because online play was fun in SSX 3. You can make your own characters which is fun but it is a tad...
- Lots of boards, outfits, hairstyles
- Lots of different events to participate in
- The slopes or runs are very well planed out and have more than one way to reach the bottom.
- Gets a little boringSummary:
The main story of this game is that you start as a nobody who wants to become a somebody. You create a character, customize him/her, and hit the slopes in a quest for hype. So what have EA added to the game this time round? Well the first noticeable difference is the fact that you know longer control one of the already created riders in World Tour mode, infact you have to create your own rider to ride the slopes on. Choose between male ...
SSX has always treated us to truly great gameplay while always managing to bring a different feel each time out. SSX: OT is no different. Great gameplay, different vibe. So the tradition continues.
This time around you have to create your own character to tear up the slopes with. While this feature is extremely bland and poorly implemented in my opinion, you mainly only see your characters back anyway while playing through the game. The goal is to make a name for yourself on the tour and eventually go from being a nobody to being the ultimate Black Diamond Rockstar. Wo...
