Shadow of Destiny review
Shadow of Destiny
Deep and catching game script
Plenty of mysteries to solve
Puzzles are not too difficult
Several alternative endings
Too many loading screens
The game is short
Shadow of Destiny is definitely a game worth trying, especially if you are a fan of the mystery genre. Although SOD is a short game, it catches you from the moment you start playing with it's original game play. It is only a matter of time to understand everything but you will have to wait until the end in order to realize the truth and understand why someone is trying to kill Eike (the main character).
The game contains pretty much puzzles to solve. The good thing is that they are not very hard if you can think logically.
One of the things I don't like about the game is that it has LOTS of loading screens. They don't take a lot of time to load, the only problem is that they are just too many, which can cause you to lose your interest in the game fast if you have been playing for some time.
Unfortunately the game is short and you won't have fun for long. It took me only about seven straight hours to complete it which compared to some other games of the same type is not much. However, I am sure that you will not feel bad about this because there are several finals. Yes, that's right! The game can end in five different ways according to your actions throughout the end.
