James from Team Rocket I tried to make the shading simple like in the show. The only reason I will sit through this show is because of Team Rocket I like how James' Pokemon try to eat him and hug him despite being covered in poisonous spines

      I sketched it out then coloured and inked it in Photoshop I just looked at some screenshots for a while to get a feel for how they draw and colour the characters in the show :3
