    question to the author:

    did you colour on the computer and just sketch on paper or did you do everything on paper?

    This particulary one was previously painted with crayons (which didn't turn out that well as you can see) but was given some minor treatment on photoshop. You could say:
    -Drawn on paper
    -Briefly colored on paper
    -Given a background, a balloon/quote on the computer.
