This land of Vancool is split info five countries. Stok, a 19 year-old man, serves in the intelligence bureau of one of these countries, Alicetel, who is presently in a state of war with with Gran org, a massive country to the West that's by a harsh queen. During a battle against the Queen's army, Stock is wounded. When he awakens he find that he is no longer in Alicetel, but the parallel world of Historia. There a group of mysterious children grant him the power to travel through time, and tell him that the world needs his power. It's up to Stok to travel between the past and future of two parallel worlds and right the wrongs of the Gran org. He'll need to create a proper history by in some instances changing the past and in other instances changing the future.
