Follow up to the original Mario's Picross for the Game Boy, this is a more advanced game that was not released in North America because Nintendo didn't think it would sell very well.
 Game Play
Picross 2 features harder puzzles than its predecessor. The Easy Picross Section starts you off with 15x15 puzzles, and then the main game mode features 30x30 puzzles, which must be completed in quarters. The final puzzle in the game is a 60x60 puzzle.
Instead of simply picking puzzles, Mario and Wario actually go on somewhat of an adventure. The main mode has them walking through areas like jungles and caves finding empty picross tablets to complete. Otherwise, this game is similar to Mario's Picross
