The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time User Reviews
Look, I'll understand if you don't want to read yet another review of Ocarina Of Time - whether it'll lavish the game with more praise than God himself gets from even his most devoted followers, or tear the game apart because hearing claims like "best game ever" is like a challenge to some internetters out there. At the same time however, I feel that a lot of people who look at this game nowadays either look at it through nostalgia goggles, or have become so jaded that they'd need meth just to feel some sort of buzz. For its time, Ocarina Of Time was so *bleep*ing revolutionary, sliced brea...
Writer's Note: I apologize for the absolute shittiness of the original review. It was my intent, back then, to just give shitty little opinions that don't matter, unlike now, where I give opinions that are of some relevance. That's all I apologize for. I still find the game to be overrated as hell, but I'm able to perfectly articulate reasons as to why that is. So without further adieu, let us begin.
So yeah, this is the fabled Ocarina Of Time, heralded as one of the best games ever made. Now, let's head on over to reality, where it's clear as day that this game is merely a serviceable adven...
This almost seems like a joke... The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time is the gaming equivalent of Metallica’s Master Of Puppets – everybody who’s into this hobby knows about it and knows what to expect. So why am I reviewing this? Because I’m an overly critical bastard that has to overanalyse a game to satisfy the gods of gaming - somebody has to. So without further adieu, let us begin.
Our main protagonist, Link, is being tortured by nightmares of a princess who escapes from a castle on horseback, and a man in black armor who kills him. Ahh, if only he knew that t...
When it comes to the NES it was home to a number of ground breaking games, and some of these just happened to be the starting points or at least early entries of some of Nintendo's own big hitters. Mention the roots of platforming and Mario's early 8 bit days are likely to crop up. These days also saw the birth of The Legend of Zelda series, with the appearance of a top down adventure tale like no other.
Fast forward to the N64, and those same series are seeing new twists on the classic gameplay as each one makes the jump into the 3D realm. Ocarina of Time marks the first time our elven hero...

The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time I one of the most acclaimed videogames in history. The Zelda Saga seems to get a strong fan base thanks to Ocarina Of Time, and there's no doubt of why almost everyone in Earth likes the game. Shigeru Miyamoto did an awesome job with this game, and I am sure he is proud of it, because this game is truly a piece of art, and I'm sure it will get a bigger spot in History in the future. This game has been around for ten years, and it is still considered to be the best game of history. Mario Galaxy for Wii apparently took it's place when it was released at fi...
There are no real bad points to this game at all. If anything, the only thing that could be improved on is the graphics, they're slightly outdated compared to modern time gamesSummary:
An amazing game that really set the standard for future games. Iconic and fantastic in many different areas
The story in this game is quite simply legendary! Its so immersing that you really get involved in it to find out whats next. What starts out as link setting out to collect 3 stones to travelling across many different lands to take down the king of evil is really addictive to find out more. Also the back stories you hear along the way such as the legend of the triforce, the stories of how the different regions problems or the twists created by time travel is the perfect toppin...
