Grand Theft Auto IV has been a highly anticipated game for a while now, and after its release it has received all kinds of praise. Rockstar had truly made a masterpiece that would sit at number one worldwide for a while........but there was trouble in paradise. Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures took the number one spot in both the territories of Sweden and Germany. Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures had attracted 400,000 gamers during its first week, and the number has obviously grown!

In the Spain, Grand Theft Auto was also dethroned, but not by Hyborian Adventures. Wii Play was able to steal the spot light. GTA IV still reigns in some territories of Europe though, including the United Kingdom.
