A co-worker recently posted a list of the top 25 hottest females in games, and while I am not personally opposed to this, I have to say one thing: overrated. 

How many top (insert number here) game-girls have we seen since the dawn of meticulously rendered jello-breasts?  Too many, I say.

Which is why this gaming woman has taken it upon herself to compile a list from the other side of the chromosome pool.  Enlisting the aid of a few other gamer girls and Google, we bring you a Neoseeker exclusive - the top 25 hottest men in video games.

Disclaimer: Do not judge us, for we do not judge you.  But feel free to laugh a little.

Now I don't agree with all of these choices, but I guess that's what makes it fair - a lot of the selections above actually make me cringe.  I tried to balance it out by rigging the list slightly, but let's pretend it's completely unbiased.

As it turns out, Snake is no stranger to the ladies.  Got that, gentlemen?  So next time you plan on impressing your woman on Valentine's Day, buy her a nice bouquet of flowers and sneak up on her in a cardboard box.  Or give her a really, really big gun - no, the one in your pants will not suffice so please put that away before you hurt someone.

Need a fool proof present?  Dress up as a ninja.

Honorable mentions, those being my personal favorites who would have made the list had it been based solely on personal opinion, include:

  - Bao-Dur (Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords) *this guy doesn't get enough love

  - Kael'thas Sunstrider (Warcraft 3)

  - The Spy (Team Fortress 2) *because backstabbing is hot

  - Kain Highwind (Final Fantasy IV)

  - Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden)

  - Naoe Kanetsugu (Samurai Warriors)

  - Lieutenant Minh Young Kim (Gears of War) *rest in peace

  - Master Chief (Halo)

Pyramid Head makes the sun shine. It's too bad you left out the Medic from Team Fortress 2, he brings a smile to everyone for wildly differing reasons.

I would've nominated Professor Layton actually, since CRITICAL THINKING IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.

I notice the lack of of characters from FF V, VI, and IX.

You only considered the famous ones. Give IX the love! It had a big fat thing and a kid with no face!

Also: Yeah, scat cat. They've got soul-people, demons, elves, and I'm sure a few other things, on that list. Even though I know you probably meant things that didn't look human, as opposed to just 'not humans'. >.>

Apparently, everyone approves the top 25 women of gaming posted by Sean because I haven't seen this much whining under that article's comments. On the flip side, a bunch of you GUYS are telling me who I should/should not include on this list of top 25 hottest MEN.

Unless you're all gay and genuinely attracted to men (thus, actually capable of providing a valid opinion on the matter), please respect the choices. Nominate a few if you wish, but don't mock what's already there.

Great idea, but one word: pictures!

Also, we've got some vary various tastes going on here. Link has that barely legal look, while Alucard is practically glam rock, and Siegfried is a giant hunk of muscle. I never realized what a diversity there is to choose from .

I guess the whole gruff, silent type, with rugged good looks, that does stealth kills and fights against impossible odds, appeals to girls/women, who knew? Oh wait....

YES FINALLY!! *bows* In my personal opinion, Kratos and Leon(or atleast Kratos..) should've been higher up on the list, but I'm just glad P-Head made the list!!! He should've been #1...he sets my loins on fire. James Sunderland(SH2) was hotter than Henry to me, though. Why not Luis from RE4? Dude was on fire...XD And I'm totally with you, Bruceleethree, I've always had a thing for that blazing blue ball of fur(or whatever...). AND LINK!!!! *hearts*

Actually, I was repeatedly surprised while making this list.

I happen to like Atton Rand and Pyramid Head myself, but during my trek across the internet for evidence of sexy video game men, I learned that both had a bigger following than expected.
