ASUS Introduces P5ND2-SLI
Terren Tong - Wednesday, April 6th, 2005 | 10:51AM (PT)

nForce 4 for Intel hitting market in force quickly

ASUS has sent out a PR today informing us of the introduction of the P5ND2-SLI Deluxe, the newest board in their SLI line up based upon the very impressive nForce 4 for Intel that we took a look at yesterday.
Taipei, Taiwan; April 6, 2005 – ASUSTeK Computer Inc (ASUS), the worldwide leader of motherboards, today introduced the P5ND2-SLI Deluxe motherboard series with complete ASUS exclusive overclocking and SLI features. In addition to innovative technologies, the P5ND2-SLI Deluxe also offers higher FSB (front side bus) and DDR2 support for faster processing and large memory bandwidth.
A couple of the more interesting features is official DDR2-720 support (by default, only DDR2-667 is supported by NVIDIA), an external SATA port and it looks like the PCIe lane configuration can be set through the BIOS instead of through a physical card that needs to be flipped.
