Next Team Fortress 2 update determined by the fans!

When we last reported some delicious Team Fortress 2 news, Valve had just announced a release date for the Scout update, along with a new weapon and community maps.

Since then, more information has come out, as Valve promised.  35 new achievements were revealed, as well as the potentially toxic yet highly effective Bonk! energy drink.

A new map called "CP_Egypt" will also be introduced tomorrow with the Scout update.  It's supposed to be quite similar to the existing Dustbowl control map, with a fresh new look and plenty of places for Demomen, Soldiers, and Scouts to grenade/rocket/double-jump around.  Engineers will find plenty of hidey holes to tuck their sentries in as well, just to extra annoying.

Earlier this evening, a new unlockable weapon appeared on the official Scout Update site, appropriately dubbed the "Force-A-Nature."

The fun part is that Team Fortress 2 fans get to decide which comes out first tomorrow: the Sandman, Bonk! energy drink, or the Force-A-Nature scattergun.  A poll has opened up for gamers to vote for the Scout item they want to see implemented in-game first.  Each item's popularity will decide the order they are released in!

I don't follow the game at all, but I would imagine the scattergun would be the one that would end up being voted to be released first.

I'm not so sure, I mean, the Sandman can stun enemies and the energy drink can make you faster. Scouts have already a scattergun as primary weapon, so, it's not for this property that they'll choose it. Probably for the sort-of-rocketjumping thing.
