I'm jealous of the UT3 PC players... too bad UT3 didn't have a nice lifespan on the Xbox 360 or PS3.

You realize you're typing on a PC now, yeah?
Requirements are pretty low, you can probably play it. If not upgrading would be absurdly cheap.

I have a really crappy computer. I'd have to upgrade the RAM first and repair some of the other problems before I could get UT3 on my PC.

awesome, have a reason to buy the game through Steam now XD

However knowing some bright spark in the PC modding community, they will "cook" the update like every other PC mod which allows the PS3 to play PC user made mods.

That's if EPIC don't put a block in the way of course

I found this today on the Steam Update News.

quote
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Steam now accepts retail keys from Unreal Tournament 3. There’s a massive update for Unreal Tournament 3 on the way from Epic and you can get ready for it by either buying UT3 or activating a product key you already have. UT3 will be updated automatically via Steam and introduce support for Steamworks Achievements (with over 50 Achievements), plus a host of new features and enhancements in AI, Server Browsing, Demo Recording, Mod Support, and more.
