Intel price cuts & new chips

Cheaper chips... pass the dip please!

Fudzilla reports on price cuts coming on Oct.19th:

  • $193 Q8200 2.33GHz (now $224)
  • $183 Q6600 2.4GHz (now $193)
  • $113 E7300 2.66GHz (now $133)
  • $74 E2220 2.4GHz (now $84)
  • $64 E2200 2.2GHz (now $74)

New processors:

  • $133 E7400 1066MHz FSB, 2.8GHz, 3MB cache, dual core

And on November 30th, another new processor:

  • $224 Q8300 2.5GHz 1333FSB 4MB L2 cache
