Fudzilla has an interesting rumour about the upcoming RV710.

Apparently the RV710 will have 120 stream processors and very low power draw, and as such will give signficantly better performance than the Radeon 3400 series that it will probably replace.

Fuad thinks it will be called a "Radeon 4450" and sell for <$60, going after the 8500GT/Geforce 9400GS
