At Cake Wrecks, their slogan is, "When professional cakes go horribly, hilariously wrong." 

While this particular item doesn't exactly take the cake (bad pun alert) compared to some of the other selections, it certainly says something.

Most gamers are aware of Grand Theft Auto's general standing with the media because minors keep getting their hands on the game despite ESRB ratings.  Well, this should provide a few moments of amusement -- a GTA: San Andreas cake. 

Maybe the cake needs an age appropriate rating too:

Your eyes do not deceive; that cake does in fact say "Happy 4th Birthday."  Let's hope Derrick's gift isn't an actual copy of the game.
