if something like that where to happen it would be a pain for everyone but real profit to mainboard companys everwhere.
you come out with 3.0 then the numbers 3.1 pops up and everyone has to have it

Yes the lead is gonne kill other manufavturers.its very unfair but hey intel looked after themselves for a few months

I guess the real gamble is if they'll be securing 3.0 products for those 6 months or if companies are going to hold out and eventually produce a 3.1 product to save design costs in a market that's already causing people to re-evaluate their product lines.

A cheap shot by Intel but honestly it's not much of a shock to see these days.
