Especially if they are for public use, except that the banshee probably won't have any weapons. But, I really wouldn't mind using a Banshee instead of a car. And bubble shields, if improved from the game, could be used if you are caught in a burning buildings and protect you if the ceiling collapses.

Plus, people would have some kind of defense in case their country was invaded or if a criminal runs by wielding a gun.
