Is it "wark wark" or "kweh"?
When Square isn't busy figuring out how to make men look less like studs and more like emo women in flamboyant and often tight outfits, they're expanding their franchise via one of the cutest video game creations ever - chocobo.
As if the first onslaught of chocobo games wasn't enough to give us all diabetes, SquEnix is trying to kill is all with more sugary cuteness with Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon. The game ships to North America July 8 and will be available for $39.99, which is ten bucks less than the usual price of a Wii game.
Gamers will be following the adventures of Cid (another Final Fantasy icon) and Chocobo as they try to solve the mysteries behind a town of people who have lost their memories. There will also be online play in the form of Wi-Fi card battles in a 3D pop-up book style.
We're all doomed. Nothing can stop the cuteness.
On another note, I love chocobos. May the game be awesome
