£2 for a Salmosa or a 200dpi optical mouse with slow refresh rate?

Generally if you're decent at gaming on the pc you have a mouse that's able to give you stability in aiming and sniping. The higher the DPI the higher precision when aiming on small objects. You might want to try working on fine detail items and watch how a standard desktop mouse likes to jump around because of the lack of sensitivity it carries. The read rate is pretty much shameful.

So yeah, the wired mouse with a funny shape spanks your run of the mill bargain basement mouse.

My G5 mouse lets me top TF2 leader boards daily, has manual weight adjustments, looks sexier than Adriana Lima and feel nice on the palm.

No thanks Razer.

Pretty sweet my mouse IMHO. For the amount of time I spend with my mouse, I would not mind paying 40 bones for one. Wouldn't spend much more though.

Noted that one in my comment about the G3, it'd be nice to have a programmable 4th and 5th button but they still offer some tweaks to try and make up for it. Hopefully there's some ability to mess with the wheel as well on top of it being button 3.

btw Core 7 Octo > Core 3 Quad
