Looks very promising, but I hope it won't be a flop like the 7950gx2.

I wouldn't say more if they're pitching it as a single card dual gpu solution of 2 G92 8800GTS chips.

Pricing out the GTS 512 in an SLI pair would give you an idea and even then they'd chop the price to make it interesting for those who already own SLI boards since why would one waste the money on a single card when they could do 2 for less money.

My question is that,Can it really match the PS3's graphical processing power and floating points?

Well, maybe. But the real power of the PS3 comes from the Cell processor. Now, if only they would put those ins desktop computers.

I wonder wether I can use it in Intel chipset based board, cause it uses Crossfire, not SLI.

Jesus Christ! $800 USD for that? OK, now listen up. nVidia made this card to compete with ATI's new cards. This is going to be priced at $449 USD ($500 AUD). It's 2 8800 GTs put together.

Actually it's not using the GT

The GT is still G80 based, the rev 2 GTS cards run on the new G92 core.

As such you're running two full 512MB GTS Cards in a single package solution.
