Yes, you too can soon wear your phone on your wrist
SMS Developments of Australia will apparently launch their GSM wristwatch world-wide on September 10th. The teeny GSM phone is supposed to start production on August 31st this year, and start shipping soon thereafter.
This will ofcourse spell the end of the "I forgot my cell phone" excuse, and allow people to catch you in the washroom as well.
The M500 will also incorporate POP3 email and IM - but that begs the question... how does one type on a watch?

let me guess, $299 US, maybe $399? just cave and buy an iPhone. it has a couple of added features you'll probably like.
Except of course none of these products sell... they look ugly, are too big to be a wristwatch, too small to be the device they are mimicking, and generally have fewer features for a price premium.
