More from the floor

Theo reports that all retail R600 based AMD (ATI) video cards will have a 65nm GPU - if this is confirmed, it will give AMD a lead in power consumption and probably clock speeds until Nvidia also goes to a smaller geometry.

Zalman, not content to live with just cooling products, have launched a line of 3D monitors. Personally I'd love to see one, however I am very skeptical of the claim of 3D HDTV content - I am not aware of any such movies being filmed or being pressed.

MSI was apparently making AMD/ATI and Nvidia equally unhappy by displaying products based on chips that are not officially released yet - they showed RV610, RV630, G84M, G86M, 8600GT and 8500GT based video cards. I wonder if this was done on a nudge-nudge bases...if so other vendor's won't be pleased.
