As many may already know by the Flatout 2 Trailer that came out a few months ago the soundtrack was moving to a more hardcore theme with the theme based on a Rob Zombie track.
Today Empire brings out all the news on it though, 25 tracks from Rob Zombie, Audioslave, Alkaline Trio, Wolfmother and many more all are packed into the soundtrack for Flatout 2, Empire attributes this to the fact that the game is just as "rocking" as their tunes, although really I'd say it's the bone crushing, body hurling, ultra violence based on the road that Flatout 2 is bringing.
Gamers should be happy to know that Flatout 2 will be coming out across the PS2, Xbox and PC for $39.99 this July, a pretty nice price and in a key moment when generally summer releases are slow and not that inspiring.
Other improvements include new multi-player modes, double the vehicle selection, new environments, twice the number of tracks and of course even more new mini-games.
