PlayStation 2 version of Final Fantasy XI now available
PlayStation 2 gamers waiting to venture online in the world of Final Fantasy XI on their video game consoles instead of the PC won't have to sit around much longer as Square Enix and Sony Computer Entertainment both announce the release of the PlayStation 2 version of Final Fantasy XI. Currently, FFXI comes pre-installed on Sony's new internal 40GB hard disk drive which (naturally) also starts shipping today.
"FINAL FANTASY XI utilizes the Network Adaptor (Ethernet/modem)(for PlayStation 2) and the internal Hard Disk Drive (40GB) (for PlayStation 2) to allow players to connect online, either via broadband or dial-up connection, and join in the ever-changing world of "Vana'deil." Players can create their alter ego that will exist in the world of Vana'deil, and be able to customize characters by race, sex, country of origin, and numerous physical traits. In FINAL FANTASY XI, players will become immersed in an expansive, original storyline as they go on missions and build up their character's skills and attributes, either alone or with other members of the community, ultimately creating the history of Vana'deil."
In case you were wondering where the hard drive goes in the PlayStation 2, it actually fits into the expansion bay of the console. Use of the hard drive in conjunction with FFXI will allow gamers to downloadable new episodic content for their online experiences.

Our holidays come and go and the d*** states always gets their hands on it first. I means when the h*** is it gonna release here ! This country brags so much for inventing so many things in this world yet fails to compete. Even the poorer countries smuggle it before !
