gamescom 2014 is upon us, and BioWare still isn't ready to reveal what they've got planned, so here's another live-action teaser instead. Titled "Fire," the new clip shows us another teenager gifted with some kind of supernatural power, as he excitedly creates a firestorm and shows off to friends.
Up until now, all the young individuals featured in BioWare's cryptic "Chosen" series have all appeared very distraught by their strange powers, especially the girl who blew up her home. This fire-wielding fellow, by contrast, seems quite enamored with his abilities, to a point where he doesn't even mind throwing it around in broad daylight under a passing train. As the fireball grows into a tornado, sucking in nearby (empty) vehicles, he turns to his friends in the nearby car and laughs. This seriously cannot end badly in any way.
Honestly, the horror vibe from the original "Nightmare" teaser has all but disappeared by this point. Instead, I'm getting a distinct Prototype or inFamous feel now.
