Looking for the next big co-op game? Look no further than Evolve, and eager gamers can try their luck starting today at getting into the alpha. Sign-ups have kicked off, and the process just involves a quick survey.
Currently, 2K and Turtle Rock have yet to specify an exact date for the alpha test, but keep in mind that only North American residents can participate. The alpha will also only cover the PC version, so keep your specs handy for the survey. If you're not sure what sort of hardware you're running, however, the survey lets you skip that section. Just head over to the official Evolve website to get started.
When the survey asks for a password and referral code, use the following:
Referral Code: JoinTheHunt
The full game will actually be on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, when it comes out October 21. In Evolve, players team up in teams of four and go head-to-head with a dangerous creature controlled by a fifth. While the Hunters have numbers and awesome gadgets in their side, each playable monster comes equipped with special abilities and sheer strength. The result is a co-op/multiplayer experience unlike any other, but would you expect any less from the studio that created Left 4 Dead?
