Perverts get your wallets out, XSEED Games has just announced that they'll be localizing the next game in the Senran Kagura series. Look forward to Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, a PS Vita 3D action/fighting game where Japanese high school girls use ninja powers to literally tear the clothing off of their opponents. The greatest challenge, especially for teenage boys, will be focusing on gameplay as opposed to the rather disturbing breast flopping physics pervasive throughout the game.
Ken Berry, Executive Vice President of XSEED Games, pretends he's not bleeding profusely from his nose in this prepared statement covering the announcement of the game:
"Ever since we announced Senran Kagura Burst, PS Vita fans have been clamoring for Shinovi Versus, and we’re thrilled to be granting them their request. The Senran Kagura series has such deep and involving lore established through its games, manga and anime, and the fanbase is extremely loyal – we can’t wait for them to get their hands on Shinovi Versus."
Yes, such deep and involving lore. The plot is so big and, uh, involving. It's no wonder the fanbase is so extremely loyal, because it's likely difficult to talk to anyone about the games other than fellow Senran Kagura players. However, Neoseeker doesn't judge; to shame another gamer is to embrace the a shame within ourselves. Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus though... damn.
Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus is planned for release on PS Vita in North American in the fall of 2014. Made by Tamsoft, developer of Hyperdimension Neptunia Producing Perfection, these sorts of games are only becoming more popular. Cheers to XSEED for delivering for their fans. I may not be a Senran Kagura devotee, but I know folk who are and they'll be beyond excited to hear the news.
