Depends on how desperate MS gets, they've already secured the the DLC of Advanced Warfare even though the PS4 is more popular so it wouldn't be a shock if they tried to go for it.

Sasuke45 - Microsoft *always* secures the dlc for Call of Duty games, I think it's been a deal for a long time.
