Isn't there also supposed to be a Quantum Break show that ties in to what you do in the game?

It's the Halo Network! Haha, this is pretty funny. Will it be free or will it cost a monthly fee?

Hopefully it'll come with your Xbox Live Gold subscription and not be separate.

This is why they can't compete with sony. The xb1 is meant to be too many things without being entirely proficient in any of them. The poor Xbox brand has regressed tremendously.

I couldn't DISagree more.

At the end of the day what does PS4 have over XB1? Graphics (which are only noticeable if you sit infront of a 52" TV. Otherwise the graphics changes are NOT noticeable)
But lets get for arguments sake say PS4 has better graphics. But which System has better games?

MULTIPLAYER: XB1 has always ruled this market with L4D, Gears, Halo.... but focusing on next gen it already has Titanfall and supposedly MS are trying to make Starwars Battlefront (Yes StarWars!) an exclusive, and it isn't to hard to imagine - Steven Spielberg is already producing Halo Series exclusive to XB1 is it so hard to imagine George Lucas doing the same?

SINGLE PLAYER: Both sides have thrown out excellent single player material. XB1 with Mass Effect, Fable etc PS4 with Second Son and The Last of us, Uncharted etc. However going next gen once more PS4 is still churning out rehashed PS3 Exclusive while XB1 has already released (the under rated) Ryse. With projects such as Quantum Break and DX on the way. So I'd fairly say both sides are equal on this (though I prefer the looks of QB to The Order (which looks a little to much like an Assassins Creed)

EXTRAS: Well XB1 Wins hands down. What with all its media capabilities (Ps3 had more media capabilities than the Ps4!)

FUTURE: XB1 has to win it again. Cloud Tech (Cloud to be a heavy part of Halo 5 which will run at native 1080p) DX 12 promising to boost performance as well as XB1 already having higher memory than the PS4 and more storage (Ps4 doesn't have ports for extra HD space so once it's full you either empty it or ditch it - who will go with the bother of switching in and out imbedded HDs to play a game!)

So to say the poor Xbox brand has regressed what you are saying is Microsoft has regressed and I can assure you MS is a much stronger profitable company than Sony. It's kind of ironic that Sony, who specializes in entertainment equipment, TVs etc, has failed to bring is console up to the starting line.
You talk of regression but PS3 was much better (not hardware wise) than the PS4

QUOTE
" This may be the critical point. The PS3 is actually a better media player than is the PS4. Quite deliberately the PlayStation 4 is dedicated to gaming, whereas the PlayStation 3 remains our favourite Blu-ray player. To use the PS4 as a Blu-ray player you need to download additional software as out of the box it isn't licensed as such.

The same is true of one of the other key benefits of the PS3 - on the PS4 you can't play videos stored on memory sticks and external hard drives, or wirelessly stream files from other devices.

It sort of makes sense. Sony is, after all, a huge owner of music and movies, and it also owns Blu-ray. So it doesn't want to cannibalise its own business by encouraging media file sharing. But it does mean that the PS3 is much the better media player (and the Xbox One is better yet).

There are legitimate ways to enjoy media via your PS4. You can watch Netflix or LoveFilm on both the PS3 and PS4 (if you've signed up), but BBC iPlayer is currently available only on the PS3"

Regression?

Wait-- you have to connect to the internet to be able to use the PS4 as a bluray player??

Day one patch I believe. Its the same on the Xbox One I think since you need the blue ray player app.

This is something I have been wanting for quite awhile. Good for you Microsoft, I think I might just actually cancel Hulu (just might). The Halo Show seems very intriguing...
