Isn't this only supposedly only going to support online through the Wii U? That would seriously make me rage.

Monster Hunter 4G is a remastered version of Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, which was released last fall in Japan for 3DS.
MH4G is not a remastered version of MH4 Ultimate. 4 Ultimate is 4 G, that's just the American name for it.

I...am so pumped for this game. I'm actually more excited for this game than Smash Bros, and that's saying something. So many sand monsters, such a cool Sandy Plains. If only I had a Tardis, heck, I'd time travel and get that game instantly. cantwait

I like how they're going back to the gen 2 style with this one, rather than just reviving a few classic favorites like tigrex. Won't stop people from throwing the series into the "thats all they do" category (yes, I've seen it) but its a nice change of pace. I'm just as excited over that as anything else.

4U will support online play on the 3DS. There is no Wii U version this time.

This looks pretty similar to the freedom series. Theres a ton of sand monsters, and the returning Cephadrome and Hermitaur (i think thats what it was called...)

Nonetheless, it looks fun. I liked how when someone got launched by a hammer, you can recover and climb on the monsters back Now I wont feel that bad when I launch people haha. Also, that last monster looked really cool.

Sorry to be that guy, but this didn't really get me pumped for it :/. When I saw the MH4 trailers, they were really good, well polished, and got me thinking 'this could be the monster hunter game I've been waiting for!'. The cinematics had some really low quality to them, and I realized this was just to show off some new/old faces... I really hope it's more polished than it looks.

I guess I'm still bummed out about having to wait another year. I might as well get a PS4 and ESO and not look back until I get a release notif from some of you guys.

Yeah it sucks that we have to wait but the time will go fast, you just need a new game

I really should get through MH3U haha. It's possible that I will pick this game up as well.

The trailer looks pretty awesome.
