Gah, what a perfect game to include as the PlayStation 4's PS+ title of the month. It would be one of the best gifts Sony could give.
I think that would make a lot of people angry lol

Gone Home was my personal game of the year for 2013, but it had one glaring issue
That it focused more on pushing its liberal agenda onto the player than actually providing the player with a video game?

I have the same quarrel I have with people bringing Myst to consoles. It seems very... clunky.

Otherwise, I also don't exactly like the game itself, for many reasons. I don't think the game will sell well, given that a.) this isn't what the console market is after, especially with the recent release of Titanfall and b.) from my experience, console gamers would be quite upset with what the game is trying to force down people's throats. There's one thing with BioShock Infinite's supposed deep ending that most console gamers loved, which I can understand, but at the same time, that wasn't about weird sexual identity debates and borderline anti-male "patriarchy" rants.

There's a time and place for social commentary, though video games are not the place at all, especially when it's the kind of issue that isn't very well-known or well-supported among console, or even PC gamers, for that matter.

People weren't angry when big blockbusters went free only a few months after release, if anything PS+ would help put people who aren't sold on the idea to at least try it.

People will end up complaining by saying how Gone Home isn't a "real game"

That has nothing to do with the fact that it'll be free.

It'll be taking up a spot for the free PS4 plus game.

Because there's so many PS4 games to choose from?

Every game takes up a spot for every game. I rolled my eyes at tomb raider and I already owned Thomas Was alone.
