I think you should add the 360 to the title Avalith, before all the crazies arrive!

Ooh, this looks like an easy way to get a PlayStation 3 just for me for a low price. Just wait for someone foolish/lazy enough (I don't know how much GameStop gives) to do this and offer $110 instead.

I dunno, that doesn't sound like a fair trade.
Why trade in a system that I have a ton of games for (which, if I traded those with the system, I'd get at least $200) on a system that doesn't have too many games on it?
Hmm...

The usage of the word "ditch" rather than trade-in is a little odd in an ad, almost like they're desperate and trying to flip Sony the bird at the same time.
After reading the Microsoft Store page, I am unimpressed -- the standards they set for the trade-in are too damn high! You can't have any cracks, liquid damage, password protection, and has to include all original accessories (How many of you honestly still have the same charge cable and same DualShock 3 controller around and functional?).
What gets me the most is the site's usage of "appraised value" when you look at the previous sentence. "To recieve maximum trade in value, you must purchase an Xbox One at the same time." Seems like MS will appraise your PS3 and try really hard to knock that value down, so their employees are probably forced to be really harsh about it.
A final thing that bugs me is that they will knock the value down more if you don't buy an Xbox One with the trade in -- they give you store credit that instantly values your console less. I think my console is still worth much more than that to be honest. You will probably find it difficult getting the full trade in value, if you can trade your console in at all.

I thought you finally got a PS4, though?

I find this very ironic; funny that Microsoft would recycle another company's console and that they'd give cash allowance towards their own console's purchase. Well, guess they certainly are considering every business decision now!
