I'm pleased with this. This game was my #2 of last year, and probably even my #2 of all time.

Bioshock, for me personally, has always been a bargain bin game!

Well deserved I guess. I haven't been fortunate enough to play this game but I've heard nothing but good reviews for it.

Not surprised. So many people rave about it, but I'll reiterate on this point: I preferred Bioshock 1 and 2's style (both visually, and in some ways I preferred the way the game played, even though they are similar in that respect).

Columbia just didn't pique my interest much TBH.

I'm somewhat in the minority though, I know.

Im glad this game is free on PS+, I finally get to see what the big hoopla was surrounding this game.

I'm with others on the disagreement of the selection, but whatever, Infinite was a hugely successful game and a lot of people like it so it's not surprising.

2013 was a pretty sweet year across the board with classic styled rpgs like SMT4 and Etrian Odyssey; Platinum in top form with Rising and Wonderful 101; Vanillaware really coming into their own with a game that finally has a play style up to par with their aesthetics, Ubisoft turning around their downward trend in Assassin's Creed with 4, and the rising indie scene producing wonders like Rogue Legacy, Papers Please, and the reworking of Space Hulk among others.

Eh not surprised. I'll still hold Armored Core Verdict Day as my top game of the year.

Wow... This game was boring and repetitive. Did not bother playing through the end. It was not true "Bioshock" experience. Dishonored is much better than "Shocking Infinite".
This game is a joke, it does not deserve first place!
Applause to Neoseeker's team who chose this game. Great job!

If you have not finished the game, your opinion cannot be considered fully valid. You may still not have liked the game if you did, but you cannot form a complete opinion about something you have not yet completed.

Also, what makes this not a "true" Bioshock experience? The fact that it wasn't in Rapture? The fact that there weren't Big Daddies? The concept behind Bioshock goes beyond more than just its setting. It's the themes and the style that make it what it is.
