As far as launch trailers go, Dead Rising 3's is rather lacking, especially knowing they've done better. Titled "Snowflakes" the trailer regurgitates a lot of the same gameplay we've seen since the game was initially announced, only now with quotations from sites out of context from reviewers most would probably roll their eyes at. If you're trying to sell your game in a single trailer, Capcom, I'd think you'd put a little more effort into making your game look exciting.
Take for instance Ryse's launch trailer, also released earlier today. It's full of action, dramatic narrative, interesting characters and a wide variety of scenery. That's how you do a launch trailer. Though that, "This is Sparta," kick off the bridge may have been a little overdone.
Dead Rising 3 is one of the Xbox One's leading exclusive launch titles and will be available starting November 22. Now with more zombies than ever before, and I'm not entirely sure what else, considering what this trailer has shown me.
