Microsoft has been touting the Xbox One's plethora of features since its unveiling, so actually seeing those features in action is always nice. While you're entirely free to use your controller and play around without the Kinect, the video shows us how the motion sensor camera can make everything more convenient. For starters, it can recognize who is in its field of vision, and aside from greeting you (Okay, that's kind of creepy?), it'll instantly bring up your preferences and favorites. You can also command your Xbox One via Kinect to watch TV, go back to your game, and so forth. You can continue with your controller at any time.
I'm a personal fan of the new Skype integration as well, since that's one of my most-used apps on PC. Too bad Bing is still there.
