Knack's asymmetric co-op feature was revealed back in August, where a second player could take control of a smaller version of the game's protagonist. This secondary character wouldn't necessarily have the same abilities as Knack, as well as he would disappear when Knack reaches a certain gargantuan size, but some co-op is better than none. Today we've found a few screenshots showing off Knack's co-op partner -- Robo-Knack.
On top of the two co-op shots showing off different sizes of Knack, there are a few more standard action shots. That includes our first of Knack built almost entirely from wood particles. Keep in mind that during the game Knack will absorb various particles throughout a mission, such as ice or apparently wood, which may give him unique powers depending on the area. Wood Knack, hmm. He's got to light himself on fire, right?
Knack is planned to be a launch title for the PlayStation 4 and should be available starting November 15. Knack will fit the role of "Family Friendly Adventure Game" that families so love to pick up on console launch dates. Well, beyond the fact that my initial time with the game made the game seem extremely difficult to the point of being downright frustrating. Eh, it will keep the kids busy for a while, I guess.
