Oh yes, you can believe I'll be re-installing this and playing it with some friends on a brand new world and a new character for a good week and half when this comes out...

Oh yeah, and I'm not watching that trailer. *bleep* spoilers.

Love the new music and there's just so much in this small trailer, I will have to make a new playthrough for all this sometime. So much to do, so little time.

SUPER EXCITED to finally have a reason to play this again after all this time!

Been playing Asteria over at playasteria.com to kill the time and help out the indies!

Read somewhere that they added more than a 1000 new items, which is more than twice as much as the amount of items the game currently has.

I'm hoping I'll be able to run the game properly in the future. I have my doubts, since so far as I know the issues I had were never fixed (mega slowdown, yet it wasn't performance, as I had over 100FPS at all times).

Duncan Idaho Upon release it was widely known ad the "2D Minecraft" but it has really become its own type of experience since then. There's still mining and creating your own buildings, but it's more about finding all of these awesome items in the environment to power your character up. Then fighting bosses for even better items. It's kind of a 2D side-scrolling adventure with world-building too.

so it's a 2D monster hunter with minecraft elements

I hope no one minds the comparison but... it's the best i have.

You could probably compare this best to a 2D sideview RPG all inside a randomly generated sandbox.
