Oh, one thing I forgot to note was that the price was comparable to that of the current PS Vita.

thanks blu.

sounds to me like they took a good look under the hood and removed a bunch of useless parts, replaced the big for something smaller etc but who knows for certain it's a complex little thing and things which seem new today are old tomorrow in the world of computers.

except the psp go then. that thing was rubbish right from the start -_-

I don't think the pspgo was a bad concept, but the execution, ugh. The price probably didn't help matters.

Pretty cool new vita lineup. I might have to indulge if (when) they make it over. That Fenrir though <3

with the exception of Oled which is the biggest loss. The quality differences is gonna be pretty noticeable.

but hey if they need to cut costs then I guess... I wonder what's gonna happen to oled vitas now.

green vita looks sexy.

The new model is, obviously, a watered-down model from Sony to entice new comers. The shift to LCD is the biggest drawback plus with some cheap stereo speakers....I like the glossy feel and look of OLED and Killzone: Mercenary looks amazing on OLED.
P.S. 1GB is nothing since the update patch for Mercenary is more than 1 GB..LOL.

Damn, already? Looks great though; I'm loving the white/blue/grey and the triggers look a little different (they need improvement), but dropping the OLED? Eh. I'm happy with my first ed. Vita.

I hope this will be a big hit in Japan and hopefully will pick up sales around the rest of the world. My biggest question is the battery. Maximum play times, standby times, how much of a difference they are compared to launch vita.
