Well, we've seen a lot of pirates, boats, and stabbing dudes so far in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag's marketing campaign. We've seen so much that I was starting to wonder whether Black Flag is a true Assassin's Creed game or just a pirate game. Today Ubisoft made available four screenshots that should end that question. We're going back to "Present Day" and in all honesty... it looks great too.
Future you will some sort of Abstergo employee and each of the shots show off what must be the inside of an Abstergo office building. There's the courtyard entryway, the office assistant's desk, what must be your own desk, and then what must be a big corporate boss's desk too. That view, man. It's good to be the boss of Abstergo, I guess.
One thing I did notice. At your desk are several figurines. Is is possible you put the figurines on your Animus and then you turn into that character?! Are we looking at Assassin's Creed/Skylanders crossover? ... ... Nah.
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is planned for release on October 29 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U, to be followed by PC, PS4 and XONE releases later.
