Aussie Legend I love love love Crackdown. Simple, straightforward fun without too much overhead to think about.

I have never tried Dead Rising, so Dead Rising 2 should be good.

They charge $50+ a year for something the other two companies do for free and still have ads making even more money off of you.
Of course, they don't have to do anything for free, but giving a few, free old games that nearly everyone played, after all of the carp they do to their customers, doesn't make them saints.
I don't recall saying MS were saints, please don't misuse and exaggerate my words. Also, I have played a lot of all three online services, and can wholeheartedly say that I don't mind paying $50 a year for the excellent quality Xbox Live provides. I can't even stand playing the Wii or Wii U online because the latency is so bad, and whilst I get a more consistent experience with the PS3, the occasional, yet long server crashes and slowdowns are enough to make me value Xbox Live. I love all above-mentioned systems, I just prefer the Xbox for online play.

I didn't say that you were saying that, otherwise I would have said, "saints, as you say they are".
Also, PSN had one or two long server crashes for a reason that was only partially Sony's fault, and yeah, the Wii's online isn't great and that is mostly Nintendo's fault.

Now, I like XBL too, so don't get me wrong, but MS charges too much for something like that with only a few, free games that are around $5-10 each if bought at a store.
The sale they had a little while ago wasn't so great either, when compared to a service like Steam.
Even their rewards program for those who had stayed with their service for several years was miserly.

Yeah bluexy, I played a bit this morning and apart from the shooting being awful and it looking pretty shit its surprisingly still very playable and enjoyable. I guess jumping around like the Hulk doesn't get old

I've got my sights set on DR2... Been needing to do a bit of mindless zombie mowing... Pretty sure I'll be able to snag a month of gold by the 16th.

Also, didn't realize how cheap Crackdown was. Only 15 bucks on the Marketplace? Shoot I bet it's a lot cheaper than that at Gamestop.

It always amazes me at what people will complain about.
It's why I'm proud to not call myself a "gamer".

Anyway- that's really awesome. 2 great games. I just need a bigger hard drive.
