The busiest day of San Diego Comic-Con has come and gone, and we're now approaching Sunday, the last day. Saturday always sees the biggest crowds for obvious reasons. It's the day everyone has off, after all, and Comic-Con saves all the best panels and biggest floor attractions for Saturday. It's also when you'll see some of the best cosplayers walking around.
Cosplay doesn't stay limited to Star Wars and Marvel or DC characters. Yes, we love all of that stuff too, but you seriously get to see so many different costumes from different media, whether it's movies, comic books, anime, video games, or novels. Doesn't matter how old something is, either, because at Comic-Con, you will find fans of all sorts (and ages). Seriously, we even saw one of those "Yip Yip" Martians, from Sesame Street. How about the world's most impressive Cyborg and Hawkgirl? Or a freaking Dragon Priest from Skyrim?
I have to say, however, that Halo fans make some of the most amazing costumes and props. Stopping at the Xbox Lounge again today, we saw no shortage of Spartans, including a Master Chief. Not quite as tall as the real thing, but we doubt his biggest fan (above) cared.
I'm also pretty sure these two are looking forward to Kindom Hearts 3:
