There's good news today for fans of both Shin Megami Tensei and Fire Emblem titles on Nintendo platforms and no it's not regarding that much anticipated SMT x Fire Emblem crossover. It's good if you like getting stuff from the eShop though. Players in North America who register both a copy of Shin Megami Tensei IV and Fire Emblem Awakening for the 3DS at Club Nintendo before August 31st are entitled to $30 worth of credit for use in the eShop.
This credit is good for any paid content on the eShop including current and upcoming software and DLC, and all you need to do is head over to your Club Nintendo account (assuming you ever bothered to create one) and register both titles once the promotion kicks off on July 16th 2013. You will need to complete "a short web survey" after registering the titles to your Club Nintendo account, if it matters any.
The promotion runs until August 31st, 2013, and is currently limited to North America. For more details, check out Club Nintendo's promo page.
